Scam Alert #1: "Buy Insurance to Get a Loan"

Did you receive a call asking you to buy "insurance" in order to get a loan? It is a scam.

• We do NOT call consumers asking for any sort of "insurance"

• We do NOT make outbound calls to consumers, period

• We do NOT issue loans but instead connect you with lenders who could issue you a loan

• Our connection service is FREE to consumers

• We do NOT charge consumers any fees

Anyone calling you who says otherwise are not employees or agents of Fast Fair Loans. Please don't send them money.

Scam Alert #2: SMS Messages About Pre-Approval

Did you receive a text message or SMS telling you that you've been pre-approved? Please report it to us!

• We do NOT send out SMS or text messages to consumers

• We connect consumers with lenders - we are not lenders ourselves

• Because we are not lenders, we are unable to pre-approve anyone

• Anyone sending you SMS or text does so without our permission

Please send us the exact text message you received via our Contact Us form so we can identify the source and take appropriate measures.

Scam Alert #3: Phantom Debt Collection

Beware of fake debt collection attempts claiming you owe money to Fast Fair Loans.

• Fast Fair Loans does not make loans to consumers

• We only attempt to connect consumers with legitimate lenders

• You will have no debts with us directly

• We do not engage in debt collection activities

If a collector is threatening you over a debt you don't recognize, learn your rights in our guides on being sued for a debt and recovering from identity theft.

If someone claims you owe money to Fast Fair Loans, it is a scam. Do not provide any personal information or make any payments.

• File a complaint with your state's Attorney General office
